Ride-hailing platforms are known for charging high commissions from the drivers from the total fare, for every ride. However, there is no standard rate of commission charged and it has increased over the years from a range of 5%-8% to 25%-30%
As DRIFE was a startup company, I was continuously ideating
for Product features, Visual designs, Prototyping, Mockups, etc., Always I've strived to Increase
product Value & Business.
As a sole UX designer for both Rider and Driver applications, I was supposed to
collaborate with developers and other stakeholders for various UX Design process.
As a UX designer, it was my role to find and solve any UX flaws in the initial version of the application,
as well as improve the interaction design for both the rider and driver applications.
