In July 2021, I joined Techolution's team as a UX designer started working on the Nurse.com project.
The aim was to create a Web & mobile app that would cater to the needs of both nurses and recruiters by making
the process of searching for job openings, submitting job applications, and scheduling interviews, easy and
efficient.
Over the next 11 months, I worked closely with the team to conduct research, design wireframes and
prototypes, create a user-friendly UI, and conduct user testing. In this case study, I will discuss the UX
design process I followed and how I contributed to creating an app that improved the overall user experience
for nurses and recruiters.
